How to Request Account and Data Deletion We value your privacy and your right to control your data. If you would like to delete your account and all associated personal data from our app and servers, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Send us an email Please send an email to gingertea@wizrdom.com with the subject line: “Account Data Deletion Request”.

Step 2: Provide your account details To help us locate your account and verify your identity, please include the following information in your email:

• The email address associated with your account

• Your Username (if applicable)

Step 3: Deletion and Confirmation Once we receive your request, we will process the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data within 14 days. We will send you a final confirmation email once your data has been successfully and permanently deleted.

Note: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to all your profile data, app history, and any saved preferences.
